Durres
Explore the best of Durres, the oldest town of Albania, and visit the amphitheatre, the walls and the archaeological museum.

Kruja
Kruja is a small, characteristic town on a hill and was the centre of the Albanian resistance against the Turks under our national hero, Scanderbeg. The guided walking tour will take you through the old Bazaar with hand-made souvenirs to the castle of Kruja which houses the Scanderbeg museum and we will also visit a very rich Ethnographic museum situated in an original house of the 17th century.

Tirana
in Tirana, the capital of Albania, we will have a sightseeing tour and visit the National museum with artifacts of Albanian history from prehistoric times until today. After the visit of the museum we will walk around the Skanderbeg square to the Opera House, the Ethem Bey Mosque, the Clock Tower and the governmental buildings situated all around this square.

Kruja & Tirana
If you have a full day in Albania, we can combine a visit to Kruja and Tirana.

Apollonia
Apollonia is one of the most important archeological sites in Albania, situated on the famous Via Egnatia. Apollonia was founded at the beginning of the 7th century BC by the Greek colonists and in Roman times, it was a large and flourishing city (with 50.000 residents in the second century BC) near Aos river (today Vjosa). The monastery (which houses the museum) courtyard enclosed a Byzantine church dating back to the 14th century. On the way to Apollonia we also visit Ardenica. Ardenica is an Orthodox monastery built in the 13th century. It is thought that it was in this idyllic place that the marriage of the Albanian national hero Scanderbeg was celebrated in the 15th century.

Berat
On this excursion we will visit Berat, also known as “the city of thousand windows”. Here we will have a walk in the neighborhood called “Mangalem” and visit the ethnographic museum. We continue our tour to the Castle and the Onufri museum. People are still living within the walls of the castle, just like their ancestors did. Onufri was an Albanian Icon master painter of the 16th century who painted many orthodox churches in Albania and Greece.

From the port of Vlora we can offer the following excursions:

Vlora
With this excursion we will discover the highlights of Vlora, the first capital of Albania. We will visit the Independence Museum which is situated in the original house where the first independent Albanian Government had its seat.
